Poor little Beck has suffered through many many many many sicknesses since mid October! I mean come on...can the kid catch a break?!?! Throwing up, fever, coughing, sore throat, runny nose, and this process happens over and over.
And as most of you moms out there know...when you have a sick kid it really puts a toll on you. Especially if they are non-stop sick for months. That is why I had a break down, one of many. And I needed a break. Danny watched beck for a couple hours as I went to a dinner with friends. When I came home I picked my little sick monster up and followed his pointing finger into the bathroom where I found this little lovely note. You have no idea how much this made my day...my month. It just made me remember that I love being a mommy and all my hard work and sacrifice pays off because I have a little boy named Beck. Oh how I LOVE him sooooo dearly (and my loving husband, who I'm sure helped Beck with this note, unless my kid is a absolute genius).
My sweet little mister bister. When he fell asleep in the warm car earlier this afternoon, I started to tear up thinking about how big and smart he is getting. He can now say words like dada, mama, grandma, grandpa, this, food, book, no (he is using this quite toooo much in my opinion!), yes, boobies, tout, bath, and more! He also tries to say full sentences, it is so freakin' CUTE!!! Why is he growing up soooooo dang fast!? And, no parents...this doesn't mean I'm going to have another one right now....no no no! Get that thought out of your head. I just want Beckster all to myself for a while. Well, I guess I can share him with Danny.
Poor Beck! And poor you!! Being sick is not fun. Neither is taking care of your baby!! I am sorry!
