Lazy Sunday

coat: h&m, sweater: old navy refashioned, dress: nordstroms, belt: thrifted, stockings: F21, shoes: qupid

Today was the first day we tried sticking Beck into the nursery even though he isn't quite 18 months. That clingator was extra clingy and wouldn't let me leave his sight! But he played well with the other kids, he is such a sweetie. He always plays nice and helps clean. So darling. Other than that, it was a pretty lazy day. Just hung out, played with Beck, and now I'm blogging.
I realized today that I've been focusing a lot on pants tutorials and making things smaller. So, I promise this week I'm going to be a bit more creative! Get ready for that baby! Also, remember the idea I had about a week or two ago, where you guys send me a picture and I will copy it and make a tutorial? Well, I will have that this week too! I have recieved about 6 pictures (thank you) and I will try to figure something out. EXCITED! This weekly project will be called the Copy Catwalk Project!
These shoes are amazing and $20 new and sold everywhere. This sweater was refashioned a month or so ago here.

  2. Just so you know, I have been obsessed with finding some shoes like that...only, cool shoes are not really sold in the little, country towns I live in/around...but I am still searching. :o)

  3. I just started following your blog! I have to tell you that I just wore an outfit so similar to this last week! Red dress, white sweater, brown belt, brown shoes. I wasn't sure about it, but this makes me feel so much better about it. :)

PS I have a son Beck who is the same age! We just took him to nursery for the first time yesterday too. Kind of random :)

Thanks for the inspiration--now I'm ignoring all the sewing I should be doing for my house and trying to figure out if I can refashion clothes..
