Remember a few days ago I posted about an awesome fabric mall...well, this dark blue polka dot fabric is what I scored. I have been on a huge polka dot kick. And soon, you will see why (currently working on 2 projects with polka dots-don't get sick of them yet!). I have been wanting to make something with pintucks ever since I saw my sister-in-law Mary Ann buy a to-die-for floral cami that had mini pintucks. I thought this would be a time consuming project but it really was quick! I paired it with my white refashioned top...tutorial here.
Pintuck skirt tutorial coming tomorrow!
This alley is right outside of my apartment complex, it is the shortcut we take for almost everything. It bypasses the stinky 3 blocks full of pet stores, hole-in-the-wall restaurants, and the most annoying - honking, brake screeching scooters. So glad we discovered it.
A few pictures down, I'm wearing a turquoise necklace made and designed by Jennifer. Check out her line called Golightly Jewelry! B.E.A.U.tiful! More on her awesomeness coming soon!
