Meet Pierre

I had literally 2 seconds to take pictures because Beck was 2 seconds away from pulling me down the steps to make him a snowman....I promised him I would. So...no jacket, nothing, just quick pic. I currently am wearing it with a mustard yellow sweater, looks better that way.

Beck above and below throwing a snowball at me, punk.
Pierre the silly snowman, sticking his tongue out at us....rude!

Just cut and hem!

  1. So simple, but such a huge impact! I love the neckline, too. Oh, and anything with polka dots!

  5. Ha, it's so funny, I've seen tons of shirts like that that I've liked, but passed up, because of that band on the bottom. And you just gave the perfect solution! I won't be so hasty next time ; ) Yours looks great!

  8. How do you do such a tiny little hem? I'm guessing that it's just fancy foot attachment for your sewing machine.

I recently went to a tailor's to have a hem shortened, it was that same little hem you're showing there; which is too small for me & my old machine to do. My machine only sews in a straight line, backwards & forwards, it doesn't even zigzag :(

  9. That is the coolest snowman EVER (except for the one standing on its head that I've seen on Pinterest). Kudos to you guys!

  10. Nice little tip, I'm not a big fan of the shirts with elastic at the bottom so now I want to cut a bunch of them. Thanx!!!
