Make this look: dip dye button up and waxed/faux leather jeans

When I spotted this pretty picture on madewell, I thought...this is make-able! Just grab a white button from the thrift store (I find awesome boxy ones in the mens of the little boys section) or steal one from a man in your life and buy some denim rit dye. Dip the end about 3/4 down of the shirt into the hot prepared dye solution, don't add too much dye to make it a lighter denim look. Let the shirt soak up the denim color until almost half way up the shirt and take it out. Rinse and wash. Some of the dye will come out a little, but it should be just a little lighter.
For the pants, I found an awesome tutorial by anne or shine! Just need some matte fabric pant and a big foam brush. I'm so excited to try it myself on some old forever 21 pants I destroyed with pregnancy. Hopefully this will revive them.
