DIY + style ideas with plaid

Plaid. plaid, plaid...crazy about plaid! Maybe it is because I long to come from an area as awesome at the 90s or maybe it has to do with growing up the a strong Scottish background with klans, kilts, plaids all over the place or maybe I just love how simple, colorful and classic it is. Wherever the love came from, I'm always looking for plaid. A few years ago I found 4 or 5 yards of a rich green and navy plaid (with hints of yellow and red) from the thrift store and I've been whipping up a million projects.
