 Lately, life has been a little crazy. With two babies, the flu that seems to never end, my blog responsibilities, and whatnot, I seem to somehow forget the big picture. The goals I set seem to temporarily get put on the back burner and life kind of stands still. Sometimes this is nice, but mostly, it makes me feel stuck. So I had to do some digging, which brings me back to last week's discussion of learning more about who I am and what my personality is, and how I don't want to be "stuck."

Well, I've done my research! I took a personality quiz, ArchetypeMe, met my archetype, and found out that not only am I a Fashionista (duh), but I love to learn (Intellectual) and I'm nurturing (Caregiver). I knew a lot of these things already, no-brainer. But what surprised me was the intellectual part. Maybe that is why I'm stuck. I haven't been learning new things. I haven't been challenging myself with new talents or reading a book. I think the last time I did was in college; what is wrong with me, right? So when I read that my personality is loving to learn new things, that is the ticket to further myself in life. Whether that is for my family, career, or just my plain old sanity, something new needs to be learned. 

Now, what is it going to be? Alt summit - nope, didn't get a ticket dang it; touring Europe - in my dreams; picking up the cello - always been my life's dream but I really don't have time, so what am I left with? And this is when I have my "aha moment." I don't want to be stuck doing the same old things every week and I want to learn something new, challenge myself, and get out of my comfort zone. And I have figured out exactly what I want to do and it's definitely out of my comfort zone - especially for me, something I thought I would never do. Ever. And that is going back to school to get a master's in fashion design! and I hope you guys will be there cheering me on the whole time! I will need support.
