Every year I squeeze in a little creative way to say how much I love my man. The first year we were married, I stuck sticky notes all over the house with little sayings on it and little reasons why I loved him. This year, I wanted it to be a little adventure, not only for him, but for the kiddos! We can't leave them out of the fun! Obviously I did it a few days before v-day so you guys could see what I did.
To start, make sure your significant other is away, or in this case, asleep. With the help of a excited 3 year old (optional) hang a little note and the start of the red yarn to the door with instructions to follow the string. Tape the string in around the house, the more zig zags the better. I had it strung throughout the kitchen, bathroom, beck's room and the backyard. I lead it to my cheesy love letter and valentine's gift. I took pictures of the whole process -- luckily for all of us, the babes was just in a diaper in all his chunky glory.
It ended up being so fun! Beck and danny were totally into it. Especially when he found the love letter and present at the end. It is a fun way to surprise your significant other!
So cute. Love this kind of surprises.
