This was easy peasy! I just cut up one shirt in 1 and 1/2 inch strips and ruffled them. Then I added it to the neckline, then I made an extra topstitch a quarter inch from the top. This can be worn flipped up or flipped out. It actaully turned out quite cute! I'm excited to wear it!!
