Okay, I was so excited and proud of a cute refashion I had actually finished today while at my mom's in Idaho (we drove up today out of the blue to surprise my little brother for his 18th birthday)! And of course I realized before I started to post that I forgot the dang before picture! BLAH! But that is okay, because I'm planning on wearing this skirt for church on Sunday and will post the before/after picture and tutorial then. So I'm teasing you guys with this little sneak peak!
