There are a million different ways to throw your hair up into an easy bun...but these are the three easy bun tutorials I do on a weekly basis. The littlest change in technic can make the biggest different in the look. I like the big clean bun, the tight or loose top knot bun and the messy carefree bun. I love the touch of braids you can add too, one of my favorites is found here. Which one is your favorite?
CLEAN BIG BUN
High pony tail, twist, wrap around, hid ends in under bun, pin, pull loose to make big and done.
TIGHT OR LOOSE TOP KNOT BUN
twist tightly at top of head, twist into bun, pull hair elastic around it twice, pin and done. Pull if you like it bigger.
MESSY CAREFREE BUN
Pull hair up and twist loosely into a bun shape, leaving pieces out, pin all around and done.
This makes me miss my long hair so much! I love all three looks - very pretty!

Gorgeous Girlie! Perfect for busy days and warm weather. Loverly!
ReplyDeleteSock bun is also very simple and easy!
ReplyDeleteI love the messy bun. There's just something chic and carefree about it, with just the right touch of sexy and undone.

I love that the messy, high buns have come back into style. Here in Texas it's been so windy lately that it's the only hairstyle that I can stand or manage!
ReplyDeleteI love these. I've never thought of adding braids to it. I'll have to try that now! It adds such an unexpected touch to just a regular ol' bun!
